Privacy Notice

This notice is provided by Özgü Invest Gayrimenkul (“we”) as the data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform visitors of ozguinvest.com and ozguinvestgayrimenkul.com and people who contact us.

2. Personal data we process

• Identity and contact details: your name, phone number and email address, if you share them through our forms, by phone or on WhatsApp.
• Request details: the content of your message and, if relevant, the listing you are asking about.

Our websites do not use advertising or analytics cookies and do not profile visitors.

3. Purposes

• Responding to your information requests and arranging viewings,
• Providing real estate advisory services for buying, selling or renting property,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations under real estate trade regulations and other legislation.

4. Legal grounds

We process your data on the grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: where it is necessary for establishing or performing a contract with you, for complying with our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed. Where required, we rely on your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared with authorised public institutions when required by law. Our websites are hosted by a service provider whose servers may be located outside Türkiye; such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of collection

Data is collected electronically through the forms on our websites, and by phone, WhatsApp and email when you contact us.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes above and for the periods required by law, and then delete, destroy or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction or deletion, to object to results arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.
